TOM

Thomas J. Murphy, Jr has 25 years experience in the international and U.S.
telecommunications arenas, having held senior positions in large, mid size
and small companies, as well as several start ups. After 16 years with TRT,
a US based International Voice and Data Carrier where he held both
technical and executive level positions he joined Cable and Wireless (C&W)
U.S. At C&W Tom was a member of the London based Global Network
Management Team, the CW Global Intelligent Data Network Board and the
Gemini Cable System Board of Directors. His final post was Co-Chief
Operating Officer, Cable and Wireless USA. During Tom's tenure at CW USA,
the company grew from $500M to $1.2BN in annual revenue.

In 1998 Tom joined Pacific Gateway Exchange (PGE) as EVP, Global
Networks, where he was responsible for the development and deployment
of the PGE Global Network in both infrastructure and IP connectivity, including
investments, planning activities and the TAT 14 and Japan US undersea cable
systems. As COO, Tom also had responsiblitiy for development of the
European and Asian planning activities. Tom accomplished this development
through in house organization, sales and acquisitions.

Tom was also COO of Simplexity, an IP Based telecom B2B Company, which
was sold to Inphonic in February 2002. While at Simplexity, Tom was the initial
member of the new team which led the company from its conceptual stage to
annualized revenues of approximately $6M through both in house developments
and acquisitions.

Thomas J. Murphy served honorably on active duty in the US Marine Corps from
1970 to 1976.



ALAN


Alan P. Coe has been involved in domestic and international telecommunications
for more than 35 years. He spent 5 years with British Telecom (BT) the UK based
telecommunications carrier working on all aspects of domestic telephone systems,
where he held technical and engineering positions. In 1971 Alan joined Cable &
Wireless, West Indies Ltd., where he served as an Assistant Engineer in the
Antigua international switching center.

In 1973 Alan joined Cable & Wireless Ltd based in the UK where he held various
positions in Network Planning, Commercial, Program Management, Marketing,
Development and Business Management. During his time at C&W he was an active
member of CCITT Study Group GAS 6, Program Manager for C&W involvement in
UK MOD (Ministry of Defence) projects, and was General Manager leading the
development of network based trading, travel service and home shopping
initiatives. In January 1996 he re-located to the USA where he was responsible
for managing the global relationships with major enterprise accounts
headquartered in the USA for Business Networks. He was a founder management
member of C&W Nautec a joint venture with Maersk of Denmark. Most recently he
was responsible for the C&W Global Americas Region $500m wholesale services
division based in Vienna, Virginia.

During this time Mr. Coe was a member of the C&W Global Network Management
Team and a member of the Bermuda based Gemini Cable System Board of Directors
and Chairman of Gemini Cable Systems
Inc, Gemini's US subsidiary.

Alan Coe and Tom Murphy formed Aevent Group LLC in May 2003.
